[French review] Prendre soin de soi – Enjeux et critiques d’une nouvelle religion du bien-être ♡ Françoise Bonardel.
Pas toujours transportée par les livres de développement personnel, j’avais une petit appréhension en empruntant celui-ci à la bibliothèque. Quelle agréable surprise de découvrir qu’en réalité, il ne s’agit pas tant de développement personnel que de véritable philosophie.
