Welcome to the ResoNova Instagram: A Home for Ideas Becoming Clear
If you’ve followed me for a while—maybe through this blog The English-speaking Frenchie, or more recently through the podcast The Rewrite—you know that I love building spaces where ideas, identities, and projects can find both clarity and depth.
And now, I’m opening a new one: the ResoNova Instagram.

So… what is this space exactly?
ResoNova is the name of the work I now do full-time: helping people shape their voice, clarify their vision, and bring meaningful projects into the world—whether that’s a book, a European initiative, or simply a new season of life.
The Instagram account is the living notebook of that work.
It’s where I’ll share:
- Reflections and small tools to help you find clarity without pressure
- Mini-stories from the field (from coaching sessions to European projects)
- Carousel posts and visual prompts to support your writing, your transitions, or your creativity
- Behind-the-scenes thoughts as I build The Rewrite podcast
- Snippets of blog posts, and invitations to dig deeper
It’s designed as a soft but structured space, where:
- Multi-passionate authors and people feel seen
- Sensitive thinkers find language for what they sense
- Project leaders or changemakers don’t have to pick between rigor and intuition
What does this have to do with The English-speaking Frenchie?
If you’ve ever read the blog, you’ll probably recognize the voice. The English-speaking Frenchie was a very personal experiment: it started as a bilingual journal, then slowly evolved into a place where I unpacked culture, language, and the inner work behind outer action.
ResoNova is a natural next step.
It brings that same reflective voice—but now with more structure and service. It’s the part of me that helps others move forward, not just think deeper. And the Instagram channel will carry exactly that energy: personal but not indulgent, poetic but practical, soft but strategic.
I will always keep writing here however: this blog is my first love and I will always keep sharing free content here and on The Rewrite!
And The Rewrite?
The Rewrite is the podcast I host under the ResoNova umbrella. It’s for people who don’t fit into neat boxes—and who are in the middle of writing (or rewriting) what life, work, voice, or success means to them.
The Instagram account will give you visual snippets, direct links, and prompts that go with each episode. If you’re the kind of person who listens to podcasts and immediately wants to journal about it—this space was made with you in mind.
